Trying to Nomzi. Wishing the same for you. 🙂
Yoga works wonders. I am reminded each time. Do you do yoga Carolyn? 🙂
I’ve taken a break from it for several dozen reasons. The studios were so competitive with advanced poses. I lost my focus. BUT as it happens I am going this Friday! 🙂
I hear you . I started again last week. Life is good. I wish you a peaceful time in the new season of possibilities. 🙂
Really appreciate that Nomzi. I’ll be in child’s pose for most of the class and finally knowing that’s good while the others are inverted in a handstand. I’ve got to feed my heart. I wish the same for you.
Yes. It is for you. You are doing it for you. Keep returning to that. Your breath.
Own that child’s pose and engage in it. It is yours to participate in. Eventually another person’s practice will not interfere with yours. Such is life.
And thank you dear. 🙂
Yup. So agree with you Nomzi. Gotta go where my heart goes and breathe deeply into that space. Thank you. It’s good to connect with real.
Yes yes. How did your yoga session go? I notice how each session is different. And I learn something new each time. Enjoy the rest of your week. 🙂
Thanks so much for asking, Nomzi. I never made it to yoga. I ended up getting sick. I probably really needed to rest more than anything. How was your yoga?
Oh, I do hope that you are well today. Yes, it is always good to find time to rest. My class was really good. I appreciate this season. 🙂
Much better today, thank you. Glad you went and had a good class. I’ll get back too — for now it’s what it is and I know there’s always more under the layers.
That is good to hear. I learn to be patient. Those layers contain treasures too. I wish you a lovely day. 🙂
laying a bit low to find the layers of treasures. take care and thanks for the connection.
That sounds very wise. Thank you too and I wish you a peaceful season dear Carolyn. 🙂
peace to you too, Nomzi. 🙂
Thank you dear. 🙂
