I’ve taken a break from it for several dozen reasons. The studios were so competitive with advanced poses. I lost my focus. BUT as it happens I am going this Friday! 🙂

Really appreciate that Nomzi. I’ll be in child’s pose for most of the class and finally knowing that’s good while the others are inverted in a handstand. I’ve got to feed my heart. I wish the same for you.

Yes. It is for you. You are doing it for you. Keep returning to that. Your breath.
Own that child’s pose and engage in it. It is yours to participate in. Eventually another person’s practice will not interfere with yours. Such is life.

Thanks so much for asking, Nomzi. I never made it to yoga. I ended up getting sick. I probably really needed to rest more than anything. How was your yoga?
